6 Questions to Stop Asking Yourself

Sometimes asking yourself questions can help you work through troublesome behaviors by making you recognize why you have a particular habit. But not all self-questions are good. When it comes to self doubt, questions can crush your self esteem and waste mental energy on things that will never be answered in a positive manner. A few questions you need to stop asking include:

  • Why don’t they like me?
  • What will they think?
  • What’s missing?
  • What if I’m not good enough?
  • How can I possibly move on?
  • Why me?

The questions, featured on Mark and Angel Hack Life, are only going to result in negativity. Of those questions, the ones you can answer will result in further self doubt or pity, both of which are counterproductive when it comes to bettering yourself or improving your life.
